George David Harvey was born in London, just after midnight on October 23rd, 1996. According to Western astrology, this caused his personality to split evenly between the characteristics of Libra (diplomatic, sociable, communicative) and Scorpio (charismatic, temperamental, obsessive). In the Chinese zodiac, he spawned midway through the Year of the Fire Rat, thus imbuing his nascent spirit with courage and ambition, yet a sharp-tongued potential to offend. Meanwhile, the Ancient Greek georgos translates to ‘farmer’, or ’tiller of the soil’, while dawid derives from the Hebrew word for ‘beloved’, and the Celtic Harvey is separately theorised as having once meant either ‘blazing iron’ or ‘carnage-worthy’. History will decide the worthiness of these titles.
At present, George David Harvey is in London, but he considers Edinburgh to be his spiritual home, Ireland to be his ancestral home which he has yet to return to, but is an official citizen of, and Wales is nice too. Since late 2022, he has been working on a novel entitled The Big Zig Zag, a mysterious epic due in 2024, about which he has said: “all good man.”
